DocumentPath

DocumentPath is a fully integrated add-on for Microsoft Dynamics NAV to automate the process for sending documents electronically (via email or fax). DocumentPath provides advanced features to set up delivery rules for each document and each customer/vendor, with full HTML message support (for rich formatting including embedded images) and merge field capabilities (to highly personalize outgoing messages). All standard documents are supported (quotes, orders, invoices, credit memos, sales/purchase/service documents, etc.).

DocumentPath enables customer statements to be sent out in batch mode (with copies of outstanding invoices included with each statement PDF). The product also sends electronic payment remittance advices via email/fax, and can distribute employee pay stubs (for North American payroll users) similarly.
